Homework policies:

Formatting: 30% will be deducted for homework submitted in the incorrect format. (see below)
Late policy: 30% will be deducted for each day the homework is late.

Please submit both the Rmd file and the html file.
If your Rmd file is missing the YAML, please add the text found below to your file and modify as necessary.
